Meghan Mae
I am a young Utah based artist. I love traveling and being active. If I'm not at home I'm usually on the road to a hike or something outdoors with my 2 dogs. I always loved doing art as a child and my dream was always to be an artist. I have loved seeing my progress towards those dreams so thank you for coming to my site and helping me through my journey.
My Work
I have tried many painting mediums and have loved them. My main focus has been mainly Acrylic, Gouache, watercolor and oils. Each give such a unique texture and touch with each painting. I love working in blue and green tones, to me it is very relaxing and calm. I do like to add a pop of color occasionally to my paintings. I love each of the painting I do. They are all originals based off of my inspirations in life.
My Inspiration
All my paintings are inspired by nature. I have taken many trips throughout my life and am always touched by the beauty around me. Some of my favorite pieces have been a product of a trip I took with my family to Alaska. I was amazed and how large the mountains were and the trees were so tall and large.I have recently taken a trip to Hawaii and Canada which I enjoyed a lot. I am also surrounded by mountain where I live so I have plenty of inspiration. I have always considered God to be the greatest artist in the world and I love painting what I consider to be the greatest beauty in the world.
